This year was the first time PWA visited Israel and its excellent thermal wind spot in lake Tiberias also known as Sea of Galilee. Even though conditions are generally very good there, but due to the needs of live coverage, the racecourse was set pretty close to the beach, which made conditions tricky and showed where foil slalom can really shine.
